From the finish of the graphics attached, the new SRAM XX will indeed be a red inspired 2×10 off-road group. The big changes? Not much other than surprisingly small chain rings, what looks to be an integrated pop-loc in the left brake lever, and an aluminum bodied disc rotor. Oh yeah, its also supposed to be incredibly light less than 2300g means about 5 lbs.

Are there still weight weenies in the MTB world? All I am exposed to anymore are the tubby free/huck meatheads in New England. Yeah, I’m calling someone else tubby, that should carry the intended jab. It’s a serious question though, I’m a bit isolated out here, or at least I feel isolated.
